📍 The Bliss Bell Tent Sugar Grove Amongst the Magic of Bliss Woods
What if you gave yourself an entire Sunday to simply soften?
To step away from the noise and the responsibilities of everyday life and enter a little sanctuary tucked away in nature, where there is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish.
Just a day to breathe.
To nourish yourself.
To create.
To receive.
To remember what it feels like to be held by community, by nature, and by your own heart.
The Harvest Moon arrives as a beautiful reminder to pause and witness what has grown.
The seeds we planted. The experiences that shaped us. The love that found us. The lessons we didn't expect. The dreams that are beginning to take root.
And as the seasons begin to turn, we gather to celebrate the harvest within and around us.
On Sunday, September 27th, I invite only six women into the Bliss Bell Tent and my little homestead for an intimate day of heart-opening connection, deep nourishment and inner peace.
This is not a large retreat or a packed schedule of activities.
It is intentionally small.
Intentionally slow.
A day designed to give you space to come home to yourself.
We will begin by cleansing and grounding with a smudging ceremony, creating a sacred threshold between the outside world and the sanctuary we are creating together.
From there, we will gather around the table for a tea circle, slowing down into conversation, connection and presence.
As the day unfolds, you will be invited onto the outdoor Yognasium for a very gentle, restorative aerial yoga practice, allowing the hammock to support your body as you soften, breathe and release.
Then we will come together creatively, with nourishing food inspired by the abundance of the harvest season, while creating our own vision journals.
A place to gather images, words, dreams, intentions and inspiration for the season ahead.
And then we will enter into the heart of the day...
Cacao Ceremony
We will share in the ancient ritual of pure cacao, honoring this beautiful plant ally as we slow down and turn inward.
With the warmth of cacao in our hands and hearts, we will create space to open, receive and reconnect with the simple medicine of love and gratitude.
A reminder that beneath everything we are carrying, there is still a place within us that knows how to receive joy.
As the afternoon settles in, we will retreat into the warmth of the Bliss Bell Tent, where the wood-burning stove will glow as we surrender into a deeply restorative Reiki and Sound Healing journey.
Hands, energy, vibration and sound will create a space for your nervous system to exhale and your whole being to simply receive.
No striving.
No fixing.
Nothing to figure out.
Just receive.
And as our day comes to a close, we will gather around the fire for a closing reflection, honoring the harvest and everything this season has brought into our lives.
A final moment to sit beneath the changing sky, listen to the fire crackle, and carry forward the warmth of the day.

This is a day for the woman who has been giving so much of herself.
For the woman who feels the changing of the seasons within her too.
For the woman who wants to slow down long enough to hear her own heart again.
You don't need to arrive with an intention.
You don't need to know what you are ready to create next.
You simply need to arrive.
The rest can unfold naturally.
Only six women will be welcomed into this experience.
Six places around the table. Six hearts gathering beneath the Harvest Moon. Six women given permission to slow down, soften and receive.
A beautiful way to spend a Sunday nurturing your heart and soul in the sanctuary of nature and community.
Come nourish yourself.
Come create.
Come receive.
Come remember.
The harvest is not only what we gather from the earth. It is also everything that has grown within us.🌕🌾🤍
