Aerial Yoga Teacher Training · Beneath the Trees of Bliss Woods
An outdoor aerial yoga teacher training amongst Bliss Woods, offered as a select semi-private training for an in-depth experience into all things aerial yoga. Four students. Three days. The kind of intimate immersion that doesn't happen in a studio.
Held on Holly's home facility in Sugar Grove, Illinois — a private outdoor yognasium tucked into the woods, with the canvas walls of the Bliss Bell tent providing dappled shelter for lectures, lunches, and quiet integration in between aerial sessions. The trees become your teachers; the silks become an extension of your breath.

Plan to Be Outside
This is an outdoor training. Participants should plan to be outdoors or in the Bliss Bell tent throughout the three days. Here's what to bring and wear:
- Sunscreen — apply before you arrive and reapply often
- Tops that cover your armpits (we're inverting in silks — modesty + sun protection)
- Bottoms that cover to at least your knees
- A water bottle (refills available on-site)
- A sack lunch — there are also several local places nearby if you'd rather pop out
- Snacks as needed
We'll keep cool in the shade or inside the bell tent during lectures. If the weather turns, the tent becomes our sanctuary.
Reserve Your Spot
Four seats. Once they're gone, they're gone. Submit your non-refundable, non-transferable $350 deposit to hold your place. Full tuition is $1,450 — pay in full at registration or settle your remaining balance by July 12 (before the training ends).
Card payments include the Stripe processing fees. Prefer to skip the fee? Venmo or Zelle options are offered at checkout.
The world is waiting for your unique gift — let it take flight, beneath the woods.
